Must try this recipe! This is a very juicy & yummy achari type of gravy.. you can use beef as well instead of mutton.. :)

Must try this recipe! This is a very juicy & yummy achari type of gravy.. you can use beef as well instead of mutton.. :)

Fry chopped onions in oil when golden brown add meat with ginger & garlic paste bhuno well..

Add tomatoes paste, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, haldi, salt, achar gosht masala and bhuno well then add water and let it cook for 1 hour..

When meat starts tender bhuno it well till oil seperates and add dahi half cup, kalonji and sonf.. and let it cook for few minutes..

Now et it cook for few minutes.. in lemon juice add some achar gosht masala and fill it in cut green chillies add them in gravy.. put on dam for 1 to 2 minutes..

Sprinke some garam masala.. serve with nan or sheermal..
