At first green chilli,ginger, garlic, black pepper seed crust/paste all. On the flame heat the oil in cooker and add bay leaf, cumin seeds, clove, cinnamon, cardamom and saute for 1mints than add chopped onions and red chilli and cook for 10mint.

Than add raw papaya and mutton and cook for 10mint than add crusted/paste ginger, garlic, chilli, black pepper seed and cook for 5-10mints. Than add coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, cumin powder and mix well.

Add mutton masala and gram masala mix well and add 1¼ cup of water (required of water) and cover /lid the cooker for 2-3 whistle. Add some coriander leaf for garnish. Serve it hot and tasty.
