Steps

Take a vessel and dry roast the sesame.

Take out the sesame. In the same vessel, add ghee

Add jaggery and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.

Add roasted sesame and peanuts in it. Mix well.

Greese the plate with ghee and place hot material of chikki on it.

Press the material with spatula and mark with knife. Allow it to cool for 20 minutes.

Til peanuts chikki is ready to eat.
