Matar pulao
Steps

Wash the rice and soak it in water for half an hour. In a pot heat oil/ghee. Add whole spices. Fry onion to golden brown. Make paste of green chilli, coriander leaves,dill leaves,ginger and garlic and add it to pot.

Add peas and cook for sometime.

Add water,salt and cook till it starts boiling. Add soaked rice and cover and cook in high flame for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes slow down the flame and mix the rice properly and cook it in a slow flame till rice absorbs all the water. And your matar pulav is ready.
