Super Easy! Slippery Homemade Nametake (Preserved Nametake Mushrooms)

I found a good deal on nametake mushrooms so I made this.
The only hint I can think of is to skim off the scum while the mushrooms are cooking.

Steps
- 1
Chop off the ends of the nametake mushrooms and cut into 5 cm sections.
- 2
Combine the ingredients marked ★ in a pot with about 50 ml water, and boil.
- 3
Scum will rise to the surface when boiling the mushrooms. Gently skim it off with a ladle. Boil for about 5 minutes and serve. The remaining liquid will be thickened from the mushrooms.
- 4
Serve as a side dish with sake or rice. To preserve, first sterilize glass jar in boiling water.
