Steps

On a medium to high heat, in a medium size pot, Boil the broccoli and Cauliflower for 15 - 20mins

In a separate medium pot, cut the Squash in halves and add the mixed vegetables and bring to boil as well, boil until soft.

Drain the vegetables and place them in a nice Platter.

Add the mixed vegetables inside the Squash with a piece of butter. Sprinkle the vegetable spice over the vegetables and grate the cheese and Sprinkle them over the Cauliflower and broccoli.

Switch on the stove to high and put the vegetable Platter inside the oven to grill just until the cheese melts.

Enjoy with any mains as desire. (Chicken, meat etc) 🍗🥩🥦🙂
