Cooking Instructions
- 1
Slice the chicken breast diagonally into 1 - 1.5 cm thick slices. Season with salt and pepper and gently rub them in by hand.
- 2
Put the chicken from Step 1 and the ingredients marked ◎ in a plastic bag, and rub so everything is mixed well.
- 3
Tie the end of the bag and leave it in the fridge for at least an hour (I leave it for 1 1/2 - 2 hours).
- 4
Remove the bag from the fridge, open it, add the flour, and rub it once again so everything is mixed well.
- 5
Coat a heated frying pan with oil, and cook the chicken. Cover part way through, and fry until the chicken is thoroughly cooked inside and the surfaces are browned.
- 6
Mix in the ponzu sauce and mayonnaise when done, then add the minced green onions. Mix it briefly, then remove from the heat.
- 7
It's done!

Beware of Overeating! Chicken Stir Fry with Green Onions, Mayonnaise, and Ponzu Sauce Beware of Overeating! Chicken Stir Fry with Green Onions, Mayonnaise, and Ponzu Sauce
When I went on a mayonnaise factory, I learned that when making a "mayonnaise stir fry", it's better to use mayonnaise twice - for stir frying as oil, and to finish to add flavor. I also learned that you should add mayonnaise to the pan before heating it. I thought up this recipe because I wanted to try it out. Mayonnaise didn't add enough flavor for me, so I added ponzu sauce.Brown the chicken properly first and then let it steam. This prevents the flavor from escaping and seals in the juiciness too. By adding mayonnaise twice, first for stir-frying and then for flavor, the richness and fragrance comes alive. If you add more ponzu sauce it's light and refreshing, and if you add more mayonnaise, it becomes richer. For 4 servings. Recipe by Obuusama cookpad.japan -

Tender Chicken Breast in Soy Sauce and Mayonnaise Tender Chicken Breast in Soy Sauce and Mayonnaise
Chicken breast is inexpensive but tends to be a bit dry. I think chicken thighs are better. You can make up for this by preparing the meat a bit differently. You can flavour them with many different seasonings, but I love soy sauce and mayonnaise.Slice the chicken breasts diagonally into thin pieces. Coat with katakuriko potato starch flour. Don't fry the chicken over high heat. Fry slowly and patiently over low heat. When the chicken is cooked through, it's done. Don't cook it for too long. These 3 are the important tips to make sure your chicken is tender and juicy. Recipe by Tanbo ine cookpad.japan -
Chicken Breast Teriyaki in Chili-Mayonnaise Ponzu Chicken Breast Teriyaki in Chili-Mayonnaise Ponzu
I wanted to make a chili mayonnaise stir-fry using breast meat. I got hints from other user's recipes to create this.■ Mayonnaise: Half a teaspoon will bring out the flavor of the sweet chili sauce. Using the full teaspoon is a lot of mayo, which will give it a smoother taste.■ Honey helps soften the meat, but it'll be fine without it. However, it's prone to burning, so be careful.
