Matar ki Ghugni
My mother inspired me this delicious evening snack.
Steps

Put Oil in the pan.

Put Chopped Onions and Green Chilli. Stir the mixture until it is light Brown.

Add fresh Green Pea in Pan and stir it.

Add Salt and Chat Masala after 5 Minutes.

Wait for 5 minutes and garnish it with Coriander leaves.

And Your Matar ki ghugni is ready to be served with tea.
