Ingredients

  1. 250 vmmethi/fenugreek y
  2. 2onion
  3. 2tomato
  4. 2potatoes
  5. 1 tspcumin seeds
  6. as neededoil
  7. to tastesalt
  8. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  9. 2 tspcream

Cooking Instructions

    Peel, cut and wash potatoes properly. Chop the potatoes into small pieces.

    Chopped the fenugreek leaves and wash it properly, then slightly press and squeeze to remove water.

    Heat oil into pan and add onion tomato and saute for a while, then add chopped potatoes and salt as require in potato. Mix well and saute for 2-3min. Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and saute for a while.

    Now open after some time add washed fenugreek leaves and add salt as require. Then roast and cook for 4-5min. Then add cream and cook for more 1 min.

    Now transfer into another bowl and serve with roti and buttermilk.
