Ingredients

  1. 1 glassindia gate classic basmati rice
  2. 2 cupmix vegetables(peas, carrots, French beans cauliflower)
  3. 1onion chopped
  4. 2 tspGarlic and ginger chopped
  5. 1 tsp garam masala
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 2tomatoes chopped
  8. 2 tspDesi ghee to cook
  9. 2Green cardamom

Cooking Instructions

    Wash rice and keep it aside

  2. 2

    Put cooker on flame add ghee, put whole garam masala and crackle it then put onion, stir it for a while then add chop tomatoes and other vegetables and cook for four five minutes then add ginger garlic and rice, stir it for a while.

    Add 1 and 1/4 glass of water and close the lid and cook it for a whistle, pulao is ready. Serve it hot with chutney and curd
