My most favorite drink specially in summers is Lassi. Lassi is a traditional drink made with yogurt and water, flavoured with sugar or salt.

This version of lassi is inspired by my brother's recipe. He is deaf and dumb, he retouched the recipe by adding milk instead of water. He used to serve us with his special lassi in the breakfast.

Add the yogurt in blender jug,then add the Milk

Add sugar and blend until completely smooth.

If weather is hot you can add some ice cubes,but in winter we don't need any ice. Lasi transfer in to serving jug and serve it and enjoy with your loved ones.
