Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 32 oz.chicken broth
  2. 1rotisserie chicken, cut into bite size pieces
  3. 3bay leaves
  4. Salt and pepper to taste
  5. 4carrots, sliced
  6. 4 stalkscelery, slices
  7. 1large onion, chopped
  8. 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  9. 2 TBSparsley
  10. 16 oz.Amish egg noodles or extra wide egg noodles

Steps

1 hr. 30 min.
  1. 1

    In large frying pan, cook celery, onion, carrots, and garlic in olive oil until crisp tender

  2. 2

    Add chicken broth, spices, cooked vegetables to large stock pot or dutch oven.

  3. 3

    Simmer for 20 minutes. Add egg noodles and cook for 30 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add chicken and simmer for 10 minutes
