    Aty ka paira lein or us mein hlaf tsp oil lagake fold kar lein

    Pairy ko 2 minute ke liyerlha rhny dein ta ke soft hojaey

    Tawey ko gram karein

  4. 4

    Roti bail ke tawey py dalen

  5. 5

    1 tbsp desi ghee dono sides py lagake isy golden fri kar lein

    Partaha is ready

    Tawey py remaining oil dalen or halki aanch kar lein

    Andy dalen

    Or 1 minute tak aisy e pkny dein

    Ehtiyat se iski side change karein. Half fri krna hy to aisy ee utaar lein

    Agar half kcha or half paka rkhna hy to yolk ko thora sa tor ke fri karein

    Andy ko parathy py utaar lein

    Namk or kali mirch sprinkle karein

    Mazzy se khaen. Agar chaey pasand hy to wo b zaroor lein but I m not a chaey lover
