Cut n wash methi,potatoes

Heat oil in a pan/vok. Add cumin seeds.when it starts heating add another spices

Mix it well n when oil start leaving in corner add potatoes

Mix for 5 mins n finally add methi

Mix well n cover the lid for 10 mins

Serve with topping fresh coriander and butter
