  • 15-20strawberries (I used frozen)
  • 1 cupplain yoghurt
  • 2 tbssugar /as per taste
  • 1 glassmilk
  • 1 tspsabja seeds (soaked)
  • ice cubes as required

  1. 1

    In mortar n pestle add frozen strawberries and sugar crushed them very well

    If you dont have mortar n pestle take a deep pot and crush strawberries with a masher

    Now add yoghurt and milk and mix it well
