Ingredients

  1. For kebab:
  2. 1chicken breast thin long slices
  3. to tasteBrussel sprouts cut in half
  4. to tasteasparagus trimmed the woody ends and cut in 2 inch long
  5. to tastemushrooms
  6. to tastebell pepper cut in 1 inch long
  7. to tastered onion cut in wide pieces
  8. For marinade:
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. to tastePepper
  11. to tasteChicken powder
  12. to tasteOil
  13. to tasteGarlic powder
  14. You need:
  15. as neededBamboo skewers
  16. to tastechimichurri sauce for brushing and serving (see my recipe)

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the veggies and chicken in a separate bowl with the marinade ingredients.

  2. 2

    Let it set for at least 15-20 minutes (I put it back in the refrigerator)

  3. 3

    Make sure to soak and clean the bamboo skewers before use.

  4. 4

    Take out the veggies and chicken, and start arrange them into the skewers separately.

  5. 5

    Heat up your griddle or grilling pan or whatever you use to grill the kebab.

  6. 6

    When the griddle is hot enough then arrange the chicken skewers on the griddle pan, brushing with chumichurri sauce. Cook about 2-3 minutes flip it over, brush the other side with the sauce. And keep cooking until it turn brown and done.

  7. 7

    Repeat with the veggies kebab.

  8. 8

    Arrange all the kebabs on the large plate and served along with chimichurri sauce, and steamed rice or tortillas. Enjoy!
