Ingredients

1 serving
  • 50 gPancetta Lardons
  • 1finely chopped or crushed clove
  • 100 gFarfalle or any small shaped pasta
  • 50 gfrozen peas
  • 4 scoopscreme fraiche
  • Ricotta cheese (as much as you wish)

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry Pancetta Lardons in a drizzle of olive oil until they start to brown the add the garlic. Then turn off heat.

  2. 2

    Boil the Farfalle as per pack instructions and add frozen peas 2 mins before it's done.

  3. 3

    Spoon in the creme fraiche and mix in then rip in the ricotta.

  4. 4

    Season and serve.
