Boil the tagliatelle in salted water.

Finely chop an onion thinly slice garlic and fry in olive oil until soft. (4/5 mins)

Remove the meat from the sausages and crumble into the pan.

Once the meat has browned add the handful of tomatoes then season and add a few tbl spoons of the pasta water.

When pasta is ready, drain and add to the meat sauce once it has thickened slightly.

Finish with parmesan.
