Beef Burger

Beef burger Patty: In a bowl add minced beef, Worcestershire sauce, egg yolk,1 bread slice,Parsley/ coriander, salt, black pepper, grated garlic and chili garlic sauce. Mix well and make patty.

While making beef patty, keep your hand gentle, don’t press very hard and once patty is made press lightly in the middle (making a soft well).

Make desired size patty. From 500gms 3 large and 4 medium size patties can be made. Refrigerate beef patties for 10-20 mins.

Heat Oil in a grill or pan fry patty for 5-6 mins each side. Don’t flip again and again.

When one side is done then flip and let other side cook.

Add cheese slice on fried side so the cheese melts and add flavor to the patty.

Assembling Burger: In assembling you can add any vegetable of your choice and assemble burger any ways you like.

How we did is: On bun spread mayonnaise, salaad patta, beef patty with cheese, tomato slices,cucumber, knorr ketchup and top bun. Serve it with knorr ketchup.
