Take a bowl add besan and suji and all dry ingredients mix well now add water,give a good mix,keep it aside for 10 min

Now added chopped methi and green onion and mix Well

Heat the pan add some oil pour the mixture all over round in medium flame, let it cook then flip the side now pour litte more oil, Cook proper in both side

Chilla is ready now serve hot with green chutney
