Clean the fenugreek leaves with water, then remove the leaves and chop them finely.

Heat the pan, add oil, then add ginger garlic paste, when cook paste, add fenugreek and potatoes, stir and mix well

Now add salt and stir it and then cover it to cook, keep checking it occasionally so that the vegetables do not burn

Now survey the vegetable with breakfast in the meal with roti paratha
