Heat oil in a vessel add onion & salt

Add green chilli & garlic too,cook in low flame till onion turns soft

Now add turmeric & red chilli powder, add methi & Lil water cover & cook in low flame from 15 mnt

Add Bombay duck or prawns & potato too
- 5
Cook till all the water soak, serve wth chapati & papad.
