Millet Dhokla Recipe :

Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cupproso millet (you can also use suji)
  • 1/2 cuprice
  • 1/4 cupchanadal
  • 1/2 cupurad dal
  • 1/4 cupmung dal
  • 1/2 tbspmethi seeds
  • to tastesalt
  • 2 tbspginger-garlic and green chilli paste
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsphing
  • 1/2 tbspoil
  • for tempering:
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1 tbspmustard seeds
  • leavescurry
  • 2green chili
  • pinchhing
  • As requiredfresh coriander leaves

Steps

30 Mins
  1. 1

    Mix all the lentils, rice and millets and soak for 3-4 hours

  2. 2

    Next grind all the ingredients

  3. 3

    Once they are grind well keep it for fermentation overnight

  4. 4

    After fermentation add ginger, garlic and green chilli paste

  5. 5

    Also add oil, salt, turmeric powder and hing

  6. 6

    Mix everything well and steam for ~20 Mins

  7. 7

    Let it cool down completely and cut into square

  8. 8

    Add tempering on the top and enjoy
