Steps

Preheat a cooker for make pulao. Add ghee and whole spices. Add ginger julienne and green chilli.

Add cashews. Saute for few seconds. Now add onion slices. Saute onion till light brown.

Add green peas to it stir and saute for a minute. Add all spices.

Now add rice and mix well. Add1. 1/2cup water and coriander leaves.

Close the lid and cook until 1 whistle.

Wait till pressure escape. Check the pulao, stir it lightly to make it more grainy.

Now serve the pulao hot with chutney or pickle.
