Finely chopped methi and wash it in water and cut ring tons into very small pieces

Take one handy type pan. Keep it on a medium flame,add oil. when heated add mustard seeds

When mustard seeds cracked add hing, turmeric powder and ringan

Then add chopped methi,ginger -garlic- green chilli paste, salt and mix it well

Cover it with plate and the veggies roast well.

When veggies is cooked well add coriander seed powder, red chilli powder and sugar

Leave it for few hours minutes after that serve it hot with parotha or rotla
