Steps

Take flour then add sugar yeast and mix well then add salt onion seeds, curd, and knead the dough.

Cover it & let it rest for 20-30 mins.

Then divide the dough into small portion nd roll it. again cover nd keep it for 10 mins.

Take one portion roll apply water nd spread garlic nd coriander leaves on it.roll it gently nd put in gas tandoor for baking.

We can make plain kulcha too with this.

Check in between. once done brush with butter & enjoy with any vegetable or kadhi or raita.
