In a kadhai add water and 1/2 tsp oil boil it on high flame. then add all the vegetables and add all the spices stir well and cook for 3-4 minutes.then turn the flame low add semolina and stir continuously. When it comes in a form of dough and leave the pan turn off the flame.

Take a thali or plate greased it then put the mixture on it.spread evenly with spatula or hands.with a knife make cut marks in square shape then leave it for half hour to cool it.or keep in fridge.

Now take a pan add some oil and put the veggies semolina pieces in it. Shallow fry them on medium flame from both side. serve with sauce.
