Wash and cut methi. Then in a pan take some oil add chopped methi. Saute for 2 min. When cooked keep aside

In a boiling water add some salt and add green peas. Cook it for 10 min.

Chop onion, tomato, garlic. In a pan add little butter and add onion tomato, garlic, cashews saute it and cool it. After cooling make puree on this.

Then in a pan put oil add little butter in it the add jeera, cinnamon and bay leaf. Saute it then add onion tomato puree in it. Fry puree then add cooked methi, matar, salt sugar red chilli powder and milk.

Finally add fresh malai / cream. Serve hot with roti or nan
