Healthier and almond version of "Nutella"

Equipment - food processor

Notes - the amount of honey can be increased/decreased depending on the kind of dark chocolate you use. The darker the chocolate, increase the honey or sweetener and vice-versa. I used cocoa honey to increase chocolate flavour

Ingredients

30 mins max.
1.5 cups
  1. 2 cupsroasted unsalted almonds
  2. 2 tbspcoconut oil (melted)
  3. 100 gdark chocolate (70% Lindt)
  4. 2 tablespoonhoney (see notes)
  5. 1 tspvanilla extract

Cooking Instructions

30 mins max.

    Roughly chop dark chocolate

  2. 2

    Blend the almonds in food processor until runny

  3. 3

    Add the dark chocolate in to the processor and combine.

  4. 4

    Add the honey and vanilla extract. Blend well as it will turn a little chunky at this time.

    While it is blending, pour in the melted coconut oil

  6. 6

    Blend until smooth or desired texture
