Cut chicken breast in 1or 2 inches cube I prefer small but it take more time for frying

Add ginger garlic Paste

Beaton egg with help of folk.

Marinat the chicken with all marination ingredients, leav it at least 30 minutes

Heat oil for deep frying, Drop the chicken pieces one by one,fry on medium heat,till throughly cooked, remove in strainer or paper towel

For Gravy ready all ingredients

Heat the oil in pan saute garlic Paste for 1 minute add bell Pepper and fry on high flame, add onion carrots and keep stirring constantly.

Add all other ingredients one by one for sauce.

Add corn flour mixture keep stirring. Add some sesame seeds as well.

Check constancy if enough thickened add fried chicken and spring onions let it simmer for 2 minutes.

Turn off flame and put the gravy on your serving dish garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds and serve with vegetables egg fried rice.
