Take ghee in a kadhai and roast sooji on low flame till turns light brown.

Add 4 cups, 1 cup sugar and cardamom powder and put the flame on high till it boils, then lower the flame a bit.

Cook it while stirring in between till the water dries.

Put the halwa in a round bottom bowl to take its shape, let it cool a little bit and then turn it upside down in the desired platter and decorate it with almonds, pista and raisins.

And serve it, you can also put candles on it.
