Chocolate walnut crunchies

Take 2 spn cream in a container.

Add 2 pieces of dark chocolate.

And melt it in a low flame. Till the pieces of chocolate melts.

Take 4-5 pieces of walnut and crushed it.

Add crushed walnut to chocolate and mix well.

Transfer it to another container ant let it cool in refregeter for 6-7 mins.

Again melt 3-4 pecies of chocolate in double boiler process.

For garnishing melt white Chocolate in double boiler process.

Take the melted chocolate in knife.

With the help of knife give the shape of leaf in Acetate sheet.

Role the Acetate sheet and put in refregeter for 5 min.

After 5 mins take out the leaf shape chocolate.

Take it out after 7 mins and with the help of hands make ball shape.

Dip the chocolate balls in melted chocolate.and keep in another container.

Keep all the chocolate balls in the refrigerator for 10 mins.

After 10 mins garnish with crushed walnuts and leaf shape chocolate and it's ready to serve.
