Soaked daal for 4-5 hours and grind into smooth paste add salt, zeera and coriander leaves mix well

Take dahi in another bowl add chat masala, salt and sugar.Whisk well and keep in refrigerator

Heat oil add small ball side vada into and fry till golden brown.Now remove from pan and soaked in water for 2 minutes then remove and add in dahi

Mix all vada into dahi. Now prepare tadka heat oil and add all tadka ingredients and pour on dahi vada.

After tadka sprinkle some chat masala, red chilli powder and chopped coriander leaves. And serve chilled
