Ingredients

1 cupself raising flour
1 1/2 cupmilk
2 tbspsugar
2 tbspmelted salted butter
2eggs
1/8 tbspvanilla extract
to tastesalt

Steps

Mix all in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.

Heat pan on medium fire. Melt a bit of butter to keep it from sticking.

Pour desired amount of batter into pan and wait until it bubbles then flip.

Add butter and maple syrup.

Serve.
