Ingredients

4 - 6 as sides

1small white cabbage finely sliced (can be red or green cabbage too)
1onion finely sliced
1large carrot grated
4 tsplarge heaped of mayonnaise
1 tspyellow mustard powder or jarred
2 tspwhite wine vinegar or cider or red wine vinegar
Good sprinkling of salt and pepper

In a large bowl throw in the cabbage and carrot!

Add the vinegar, mustard and seasoning!

Finally the Mayo and onion, mix well coating everything then set aside and serve!
