Mix all ingenious together, except butter/ oil for paratha.

Add water if needed and make soft dough.

Now roll the paratha with roller pin in round or triangle shape.

On medium flame roast from both side.

Apply oil/butter/ghee on both side and roast it well. Serve with any khatti mitthi curry or with chutney or curd.
