Ingredients

20 minutes

  • 1 cupbasmati rice
  • 1/2 cupgur/ jaggery
  • 1big size grated carrot
  • 1 tablespoonghee
  • 2 tspMelon Seeds
  • handfulraisins
  • 2 tsppumpkin seeds
  • as neededcoconut powder

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak rice for 10 minutes &Boil in a pan for 4 to 5 min

    In a pan add ghee & carrot satue it for few min add gur stir it till gur melt

    Now add dry fruits mix it proper at last add boiled rice

    Saute for 2 min on low flame off the flame keep rest for some time its ready to eat or serve
