Steps

Put the spaghetti in boiling water for 10 minutes

Cut the meat into slender chunks

Add the oil to a frying pan and gently fry the meat

Add the eggs and egg yolk to a bowl and gently beat
- 5
Season the eggs with salt and pepper and add the parmisan
- 6
Turn the heat right down in the frying pan
- 7
When the spaghetti is cooked, remove the frying pan from the heat and add the pasta to it stiring it into the meat
- 8
Add the egg mixture and store gently. Serve with a sprinkling of parmisan
