A yummy Paneer Recipe, where fried paneer are tossed in luscious gravy of peanuts and peas.
Steps

Take paneer cubes on a plate. Season with salt and pepper powder. Pour oil in pan. Fry Paneer pieces and set aside.

Chop tomato into thin slices. Put it in blender. Add peanuts and peas. Make paste. Put the paste in pan.

Add salt and sugar to taste. Cook in medium flame till raw smell of masala goes away. Add water.

Add 1 tsp Turmeric powder. Mix everything. Cook on high flame till water starts boiling.
As water starts boiling, put the paneer pieces. Mix carefully. Cook for few minutes and put off flame.
