In a bowl sieve refined flour add salt and oil make dough with help of lukewarm water and rest for 10 minutes.

In a kadai add ghee when hot add cumin seeds when cracked add chopped green chilli ginger stir it now add peas and salt cover with lid for 5 minutes.

Now add spices and boiled mashed potatoes mix well and rest for cool completely. Make slary of 2 tbsp refined flour and water for sticking corners.

Now make a small ball of dough and roll it thin sheet and cut with a cookie cutter.

Place stuffing in between and dry fruit and cover with another part by applying slary all corners and stick properly.

Make impression with fork.

Now in a Kadai add oil for frying when properly hot fry all ravioli samosa on medium flame from both sides.

Remove on paper plates and serve hot green coriander chutney and tamarind chutney.
