Egg and Dairy Free, Whole Wheat Flour and Honey Cookies

I felt like eating healthy cookies so I decided to add whole wheat flour and lightly sweeten it up without using sugar.
If you like sweeter cookies, increase the amount of honey to 60 g. I only use 30-35 g of honey. If you reduce the amount of olive oil to 25 g, you'll have crunchier cookies. If you have a hard time bringing the dough together, adjust by adding water, milk, or soy milk. If the dough is too sticky, adjust by adding cake flour. Recipe by Jopuchin

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Put a plastic bag in a bowl, place it on a scale, and measure in the ingredients.
- 2
Close the plastic bag, mix all the ingredients thoroughly, and bring the dough together.
- 3
Preheat the oven to 180°C, shape the dough from Step 2 into a button shape, or you could roll the dough out to a thickness of 4 mm and cut out shapes with a cookie cutter.
- 4
Bake in the oven preheated to 180°C for 12-15 minutes, and they should be ready once cooled. My oven took 13 minutes to bake the cookies.
- 5
Note: You could arrange the amount of ingredients as follows: cake flour 120 g, whole wheat flour 20 g, honey 35 g, and olive oil 30 g. The dough will be a bit crumblier, but you will be able to cut out the dough using a cookie cutter.

Luxurious Egg White and Almond Flour Cookies Luxurious Egg White and Almond Flour Cookies
This is a variation on something called Duchesse cookies. I reduced the amount of sugar and butter as much as possible. This cookie is often made using praline cream, but I personally like plain buttercream the best. This will become even more fragrant if you make it with ground hazelnuts. It's also nutty and delicious if you add roasted walnuts and mix with all the ingredients except for the egg whites in a food processor. Recipe by flan* cookpad.japan -

Egg-free Cornmeal Cookies Egg-free Cornmeal Cookies
I wanted to make a healthy snack made with cornmeal, so after many attempts, I came up with this. They also come out great if made with vegetable oil. If using vegetable oil, 10 g will give you a biscuit-type cookie and 20 g will give you more of a cookie texture. (adjust the amount of milk depending on how much oil you use.)Gradually add in the milk while keeping an eye on the dough. I think the amount of flour needed will differ depending on the brand. If the dough becomes too loose, use cornmeal to dust the dough with while rolling it out. Recipe by Minimame cookpad.japan -
