First take all-purpose flour into a bowl, add 1tsp ghee into this, 1 tsp Salt and little water. Knead a soft dough. Apply some ghee on dough. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes divide dough into 2 equal sized balls. And make thin roti. Now heat a tawa apply some butter on tawa. Put one roti on it and roast a little from both sides.

Heat a pan add 1 tsp butter and onion. Shallow fry onion till it becomes translucent. Add chopped capsicum and fry till 2 minutes. Add some salt and blackpepper. Mix well.

Beat 2 eggs in a bowl with some salt and black pepper.(2 eggs for 1 egg roll.)

Heat a pan add 20 gram butter and now pour beaten eggs. Place one roti over it. Now cook this on both sides. Prepare both the egg roti like this.

Now apply mayonnaise and ketchup on roti. Add some vegetables and chilli sauce. Make a roll of this. Egg roll is ready to serve.
