In a bowl add flour, oil, salt, baking powder and mix well. Knead the dough using as required warm water keep aside to set for 15 mins.

For marination -- in a bowl add thick curd, salt, black pepper powder red chilli powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chat masala, garam masala powder, roasted cumin powder ginger garlic paste, kasuri methi.

Mix everything well. In a small pan heat mustard oil and pour into the curd bowl and mix well again.

Add paneer cubes to the marination bowl and gently mix until well coated. Keep aside for at least half n hour.

Now to make tortilla wrap - divide the dough into equal portions, take a part of the dough, dust with little flour and roll it like thin roti.

Place rolled roti on the heated tawa/griddle and roast from both sides slightly. prepare all wraps similarly.

Now in a pan or griddle heat some butter or oil, spread marinated paneer cubes evenly, roast from both sides by flipping them for 2 mins on low to medium heat. tandoori paneer tikka is ready keep aside.

Now take one prepared tortilla,cut from edge to the center, now add different toppings on each quarter by spreading, mayonnaise spread, green chutney, prepared tandoori paneer tikka, capsicum+ onion and with some grated cheese.

Now fold clockwise as shown in the pics.

Finally grill the tortilla in griller with applying little butter on it until nice golden and crisp.

Delicious tandoori paneer tikka grilled tortilla wrap is ready, serve hot.
