Simple Steamed Bread for People with Wheat, Dairy, or Egg Allergies

I make these every morning for breakfast as my son has a wheat allergy and can't eat normal bread.
They're fluffy, delicious, and a lot of people have tried them and really liked them.
Once you get used to making this bread, you'll be able to whip up a batch in around 5 minutes.
Please adjust the amount of sugar and oil to your taste.
You must add at least a small amount of oil so that the bread doesn't dry out after steaming and become hard to remove from the moulds.
If you use a lot of oil the bread will be delicious and moist (but unfortunately not very healthy)
If you reduce the amount of sugar you can use this bread for sandwiches, etc. Recipe by Kyouno nogohanha?

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix them together until smooth with a rubber spatula. The mixture should be quite creamy, and runnier than pancake batter.
- 2
Split the batter between 2 heat-resistant containers. We have these donut moulds at home so I'm using those.
- 3
I used to use Ziploc containers for this step but have found it works best with thin plastic containers since then.
- 4
Heat the bread for 2 minutes in the microwave. Take the bread out and if the edges are still white and raw, heat them for a further 20 seconds.
- 5
Once the bread has been removed from the microwave, remove them from the moulds and place them on a wire rack to cool. If the steam sticks to the bread it will become wet and sticky.
- 6
Once the bread is cool enough to touch it's ready to eat Please only cut the bread with a knife once cooled, otherwise it may stick.
- 7
Addendum - If you reduce the amount of sugar and cut the bread in half you can use it to make hamburgers! With this recipe, all of my family members were finally able to eat hamburgers together.
- 8
Addendum - My friend says that this bread is even fluffier if you steam it in a steamer rather than a microwave.

For Baby Food - Allergen-Free Steamed Bread For Baby Food - Allergen-Free Steamed Bread
I found out that my child has allergies. My child doesn't like rice porridge, couldn't drink milk or soy milk and I didn't want him to suffer from a calcium deficiency... So I tried a few things and this was what my child ate a lot of. My child ate a whole bread when he was just 9 months old. 1 bread contains about 50mg of calcium.I could even make it by pouring the batter directly into the plastic container. In this case, the bottom part had some raw parts and might gather some water. So, I heat it for 1 minute first. Then flipped the container upside down and heated for another 30 seconds, then it became fine.It will be better and will taste sweeter if the banana is ripe. For 2 cupcake liners worth. My 17 month old has a lot of allergies, including flour. I wanted him to be able to enjoy a fluffy bread so I've been trying out various recipes.Using ideas from various recipes, I finally settled on this.Place the muffin cups into the steamer while it's piping hot, and heat them while the water is boiling. Don't open the lid while they are steaming. If you are unable to eat dairy products and will be using soy milk, I think you should add a little bit more than the recipe states? Steamed Bread with Rice Flour Steamed Bread with Rice Flour
Steamed bread made with rice flour instead of wheat flour makes bread that doesn't go hard as quickly, so I recommend this method. After a few experiments I tried adding more sugar to this recipe to improve the flavour. When steaming the bread, please make sure the steamer is steaming before adding the bread.Steaming the bread over high heat will give them a nice texture. You can make 4 muffin cups instead if you'd prefer. in that case, steam them for 15 minutes. Tofu Steamed Bread - Oil & Egg-Free Tofu Steamed Bread - Oil & Egg-Free
My mom always used to make this whenever I had classes early in the mornings, and I would be in rush to get things ready. This pipping hot steamed bread filled my heart with love, especially on cold winter days!1 serving is about 130 kcal. Although this might sound like some kind of marketing line, all the moisture comes from the tofu, so it's actually really healthy. It can be made in one bowl, so you can whip this up even on busy mornings ♪ It won't harden when it's cooled, so it's great for bentos too. Recipe by Miyako cookpad.japan -

Steamed Bread with an Almond Aroma Steamed Bread with an Almond Aroma
I wanted to make sweets using Chinese apricot kernel flour other than almond jelly. To enhance the sponginess, I used katakuriko and soy milk, but it is also tasty with just flour (increased to 100 g), and using regular milk. These are low in sugar, since almond powder is sweet.Steam must rise from the steamer or else the buns won't turn out fluffy. The buns puff up in aluminum cups more nicely than in paper or silicon cups. It's best not to fill the baking cups too much with batter. I recommend filling them about 70%. For 10 buns [to fill small aluminum baking cups]. Recipe by Minori105 cookpad.japan -

My daughter has a large appetite. I wanted to make something for her using what I had in my kitchen. It's easy to make, and my daughter takes it with her as a snack when she goes out!I also make this with other ingredients - steamed sweet potato, banana, broccoli, etc!If you make it with ingredients with a high moisture content, such as grated apple or carrot, reduce the amount of milk. Otherwise, it will turn out gooey! Recipe by Mippana cookpad.japan -
