Prepare dough with maida, hot oil, and water. Knead it for 5 minutes. Leave it for 20 minutes

Make the dough into small balls.

Make it like chapathi

Heat it on low flame on both sides.

For stuffing add onion, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, green chilli, curry leaves, poha, coriander powder. Mix it well.

Deep fry in medium flame.

Take it into a bowl and serve hot.
