  2. 1Salmon flakes (store-bought)
  3. 1White sesame seeds
  4. 1Egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Crack the egg open into a mug and add enough water to cover the egg. Cut a slit into the yolk with a toothpick.

    Heat in the microwave for 1 minute The onsen egg is done! For how to make it in a pot, see.

    Mix the natto with the sauce and place on top of the rice. Sprinkle with the salmon flakes and sesame seeds, then top with the onsen egg and serve.
