  2. 1enough water to cover the egg Flat pot (one-handed pot)

Steps

  1. 1

    Fill the pot with enough water to cover the egg and bring to a rolling boil.

  2. 2

    Stop the heat. Place the egg gently in the water and wait 15 minutes, then remove.

  3. 3

    Don't peel the shell off, but crack it slightly and then gently break it open as if it were a raw egg And it's done.

    You can use it as a topping for taco riceor with natto and rice.
