Ingredients

2 minutes
as many or as little as you wish
  • For the batter
  • 200 mlcold water
  • 100 g00 flour
  • 1 tbspbeaten egg
  • Season to taste also by adding some spices
  • For the spinach crisps
  • Baby spinach leaves - normally the batter will last for a small supermarket bag
  • Groundnut (preferred) or sunflower oil to fry

  1. 1

    Mis your batter ingredients and rest for about 10 minutes before using. Dip your spinach leaves and quick fry for a lovely crunchy crisp. Serve with a sprinkle of Himalayan salt.
