Chop all the veggies you are going to add into the omlet and keep them ready.

Take a bowl add all the chopped veggies to it then add salt and black pepper also go for the ginger garlic paste mix it nicely so that all the things are coated with salt pepper and ginger garlic paste.

Pan grill the bread by applying Lil oil on them on both sides.

Now add eggs to the veggies and beat or mix them nicely. Add some milk around 2 tsb and mix.

Take oil in pan pour the egg n veggies mix and cook until its done on both sides its ready in few minutes. Now assemble all the things

Take bread put on the lettuce leaves on goes the omelet, here you may add cheese if you want. Then cover by another bread piece. It's all done. Enjoy this in the break fast
