This soup is healthy and a quick to make. I used instant oats instead of cornflour to thicken the soup making it more nutritious.
Steps

In a grinder grind oats and dissolve it in some water to make a paste, set aside.

In a sauce pan add a drop of oil and saute garlic and white spring onion
- 3
Add all the veggie,stir fry and add stock.
- 4
Add all seasoning and sauces and keep stirring with a ladle.
- 5
Now add the oats mixture and keep stirring the soup,once thicken adjust the seasoning and serve hot in a bowl.
